I have used 3 letting agents in Thanet and found Oakwood homes to be the most professional. Oakwood shine in their ability to find tenants that realise they have a responsibility to pay their rent on time. Should a tenant have a problem Oakwood are reasonable yet firm with the tenant and keep arrears to a minimum. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oakwood homes to anybody.
