That's why we ensure that our fees are clearly displayed in every place possible - from our website to our office reception desks. NOTE: If an agent will NOT tell you their fee BEFORE coming to see you – they may well have something to hide…!

We take every measure to ensure that our customer's journey is as stress-free as possible. On the odd occasion that something hasn't gone to plan, we're not afraid to put our hands up and admit it.
