Meet Steve

Hi I am Steve Evans and I have worked in the estate agency business for more than 30 years. I was one of the founding Directors with Oakwood homes in 2005 and am now the Director responsible for our Prestige and Country brand. In my time in the industry, I have worked in a variety of markets across Kent dealing with all styles of property from country homes to luxury seafront apartments. I have worked in East Kent since 1999 and feel I therefore know the area exceptionally well.

I am married with four grown up sons and having spent 20 years as Chair of Governors of a school I have a passion for education. In my spare time I enjoy hill walking and playing golf extremely badly!
