Hi, I am Nadina after graduating from university with a BA in Sociology & Criminology I found a passion within the property industry. I began as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and over the last 16 years I have progressed to my current role of Operations Director. During my career in estate agency I have completed my ARLA level 3 and a Diploma in Principles of Leadership & Management level 5 and a NVQ Diploma in Management & Leadership. I am extremely driven and focused and am certain I am not finished in building my qualifications yet! Most days I love what I do, day to day I am responsible for overseeing the Lettings, Sales, Sales Progression, Compliance, Client Services and Property Management teams. As you can imagine it is an extremely varied role and one that allows me to work with the best teams.
When at home, I am mum to two young boys so they take up most of my spare time. We love to travel as a family and it’s a running joke in the office about how far in advance we are booking our next adventure! Having lived in Thanet most my life a sunrise walk along one of the beaches is one of my favourite things to do on a crisp winter morning.
